What are your delivery zones?
In addition to delivering to every neighborhood in Philly, we service most zip codes in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties, plus many towns in South Jersey (Camden and Burlington counties), and the greater Wilmington area. Still not sure? Enter your zip code on our home page and we'll let you know.
When are deliveries made?
We deliver on Mondays starting at 11 a.m. for some towns and 3 p.m. for others. When you check out, you’ll select a two-hour delivery window that works for you. When holidays fall on Mondays, we’ll also offer a Tuesday delivery option.
Can I pick up the food somewhere instead?
Not yet! We are working on this, though, so stay tuned.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs $5 for greater Center City and $15 for anywhere else in Philadelphia and the suburbs.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
No problem! We pack your meals in insulated, reusable tote bags with ice bricks inside. You’ll be able to leave drop-off instructions. (E.g. “Put my bags behind the planter at the front door,” or “Leave with the doorman.”) You'll receive a text message when your delivery is on the way and another one when it’s been completed.

How will my delivery arrive?
Unlike many food-delivery services, we hire and train our own drivers, because this results in the highest quality experience for you. Our drivers use their own (approved) air-conditioned vehicles and hand-deliver your bags. They will follow any delivery instructions you provide. We pack your meals in insulated, reusable tote bags with ice bricks inside so the food stays cold from the moment it leaves our kitchen. You'll receive a text message when your driver is nearby and another one after the delivery has been made. (Note: We collect, sanitize and reuse the bags and ice, so please leave them out for your driver the next time you order!)
Should I tip my driver?
We take great pride in paying our drivers a fair living wage, so they aren’t reliant on tips. However, if you care to add extra gratuity, you’ll receive your driver’s Venmo in your delivery confirmation text message. (They'll accept cash, too!)
